Dataphi Analytics Labs Private Ltd. ("LeaderForge", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy when you use Spot Coaching on leaderforge.ai.

Information we collect

When you use LeaderForge Spot Coaching, we collect: your work or personal email address; optional lead qualification (industry, role, leadership level); your answers to the situation questionnaire; and technical data needed to run the tool (for example reCAPTCHA scores and basic request metadata).

Your free-text answers are processed by an automated AI system to generate your personalised report. They are not reviewed by humans for coaching purposes. We recommend you avoid including highly sensitive personal data about third parties.

After your report is generated and delivered by email, situation-level answers are not retained for human review. We retain what is needed to operate the service and nurture leads: for example your email, report metadata, and qualification fields for CRM and analytics, subject to your marketing preferences.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your Spot Coaching data by contacting support@leaderforge.ai. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
